I had the pleasure of designing an interior first floor reno and threading in those prefabstairs back in 98/99. Such a cool building. I’m assuming the basement hottub grottos are either already gone, or will be after the bobcat gets through? I bet that basement has done crazy stories from the late 70’s!!!
